Mountain Equipment says:

With a windproof yet super breathable Ultratherm lined body and fast drying, lightweight fleece arms this close fitting hybrid jacket is the perfect layer for athletic, high output mountain activity. Whether racking up vertical training kilometres or on a non-stop range traverse, the Trembler is essential kit.

Mountain Equipment's Trembler Jacket use lightweight wind resistant fabric over the core of your body to offer great warmth and weather protection whilst still keeping the weight of this jacket down. The technical ribbed and grid fleece inside the jacket offer some warmth but also good breathability. This jacket is for active use, the highly breathable fleece won't have you overheating whilst your core is well protected from the elements.

When the weather is windy and cool these type of hybrid jackets are perfect and you can just keep them on all day.
