As part of our highly technical Ascent range, the Women’s VR Alpine Light Jacket comes with a double-ended YKK VISLON® front zip for easy belaying, plus a lightweight elasticated hood with windproof peak. It also features large venting chest pockets for extra airflow, as well as elasticated cuffs and an adjustable hem for a tailored fit. But the real key to its mountain credentials lies in our re-engineered Vapour-Rise™ system. Built on the back of two years’ research and development alongside Leeds University and the Association of Mountaineering Instructors, it uses brushed polyester and mesh linings to wick moisture away from high-sweat zones.
