The Marmot Zephyr LS is a lightweight, breathable and quick drying trekking shirt in colourful plaid designs. Very nicely-made with a quality finish.
When the fog rolls in along the Howe Sound, get out for a hike before the real rain hits. The Zephyr, with fabric engineered to be more breathable through AirExchange performance technology, is a lightweight button-up that's quick to wick and dry for uphill pushes, yet casual enough to roll straight from the Chief to the brewpub. This packable shirt is made with Bluesign-approved fabric.
Marmot's Zephyr LS Trekking Shirt is a lightweight shirt with a collar that, when upturned, will offer good protection from the sun on the back of your neck if you need it.
If it's held up to the light you can see the fabrics made up with lots of little holes to allow the air to flow through and keep you feeling cool. Even with these tiny little holes you still get an ultraviolet protection factor of 25 which is pretty good.
The front pocket is a good size, just big enough to hold a phone and the cuffs have a button closure which you can leave closed or undo to roll up the sleeve. Overall it's the type of shirt you can feel comfortable wearing in the pub, straight from the hills.
