The Megawatt Jacket is the perfect type of jacket for wearing during alpine climbing and ski touring. This is mainly due to it's insulation. It's filled with a mix of 800 fill goose down in the hood and torso with Polartec Alpha insulation spread throughout. This means it's a lot more breathable than normal down filled jackets so can be used for winter active pursuits, without feeling like you have to take it off. It's fast drying, highly packable and provides high warmth for a low weight.
It features a helmet compatible hood with a drawcord adjustment, a two way zipper to fit with a harness and a drawcord adjustable hem to keep the cold out. Soft micro fleece lines the 2 zippered hand warmer pockets and 2 mesh inner pockets. The cuffs feature interior lycra-bound inners with thumb loops for preventing the jacket sleeves from riding up. It's a super soft and comfortable jacket that you won't want to take it off!
