Eagle Creek's Pack-It Specter 'On Board' is a padded washbag, and as such its very good - quite large, it will swallow a lot of kit with its large main compartment and lost of small pockets, zipped and otherwise. I found it really useful for electrical items - chargers, adaptors, portable mouse, camera and accessories, plus a host of smaller stuff all fitted into the 'On Board' easily and kept this stuff protected and well organised.
If you're using it as a washbag (as intended) you may fond the large hook useful for campsites where shelves in the washrooms are limited.
