Nemo's Blaze series of tents are some of the lightest around and yet don't compromise features, the 1P has a cross pole to maximise volume and the 2P has twin doors and vestibules.
With the Blaze, NEMO created a tent that offers, hands down, the most liveable space of any other tent in its weight class. The Blaze 2p is also the only tent in its class with two doors and two vestibules.
Nemo's Blaze Tent series are the lightest tents in the range and pretty much the lightest tents available in their class. Even the one person tent has a cross pole to maximise the head height and give the tent a bit of structure - the two person tent has twin doors and vestibules, which is awesome at this weight - and an arrangement usually sacrificed in the lightest tents.
There's always a compromise, and with tent fabrics this light the compromise is on overall lifetime - thinner fabrics degrade faster from UV light and so any tent this light will not last the 'many years' that more traditional tents do.
There's little compromise on strength though - in service even the lightest Nemo tents seem capable of standing up to some pretty bad 3 season squalls. The mainly mesh inner tent is No-See-Um mesh which will keep out the midges and the high cut end of the flysheet maximises ventilation.
The Blaze series would probably look out of place in a Mountain Marathon but its as light as many cramped, compromised designs that are out there - Live the dream!
