Sea to Summit says:

Our Ultra-Sil™ Stuff Sack are an ultralight but super strong and durable pack organisation solution. Made from our ultralight ripstop 30D siliconised CORDURA® fabric, these stuff sacks incorporate a reinforced pull handle on the base, a durable pull tab at the top and are available in several great colours for easy identification.

All of these stuffsacks - even the XS one - have a round base with a grab handle sewn securely into the base. A Hypalon grommet helps keep tying off neat. The fabric is waterproof but the seams aren't sealed - so there's a degree of protection from the elements - for completely waterproof sacks check out the Sea to Summit Ultra-sil Drysacks.

Bags within bags, who knew it could be so good? I have 2 of these, an 8 litre which I could cram all my clothes in (except the ones worn), including my down jacket, for a 4 month wild camping trip with nights of -1 to 5 celsius, and I could still roll and close it properly - roll it up and CRAM it in! The other 13 litre I used for my sleeping bag just for extra room to maintain the loft. Both fit snugly into my 56 litre pack with room for hammock under blanket tarp, food & water, plus essentials. Despite grabbing the opening in one hand and shoving with the other these babies show no sign of wear except some discolouration, from flecks of sap and the like. So far no material stress, uber waterproof, beads on the surface always slip off, so throw that rain cover in the donation bin or make a tarp out of it, these bags make organisation easy which saves time for the good stuff, and with 2 you're sorted, more would suggest unnecessary stuff - but then I'm sparse of electricals. Sharp corners may be an issue and they're a bit pricy but real top quality item that for me, with borderline care (as in not aiming to destroy the thing) they've held up fantastically. Definitely recommend.
