The Thermarest Space Cowboy is a lightweight synthetic sleeping bag built for intense pursuits in mild temperatures. Zoned insulation makes it one of the lightest, most compact bags in it's class.
The feather-weight Space Cowboy is built with eraLoft to endure the rigors of backpacking and cowboy camping in variable conditions. Designed with innovative Therm-a-Rest features like SynergyLink Connectors and Zoned Insulation, the bag is among the lightest and most packable in its class.
The mummy-style bag compresses down to take up minimal room in your pack and comes in two outdoor-inspired colors. Whether exploring the western frontier, bike packing through the desert or wandering through the wild, the Space Cowboy has you covered. Storage sack and compression stuff sack included.
Therm-a-Rest's Space Cowboy sleeping bag has been designed with 'cowboy campers' in mind. For those who are unsure what I mean by cowboy campers, it basically means those who prefer to sleep tent free under the stars, packing just the minimal to keep you comfortable. Of course it works well in a tent too. In fact for those who live in the UK like myself you might not get as many chances to sleep under the stars, at least not without a tarp.
The bag has been built with eroLoft insulation to keep you warm and dry during fast and light adventures. It's filled with a 65-35 distribution, placing more fill on the top and less on the bottom where the fill gets compressed. This saves weight and gives you a smaller pack size. The synthetic fibres repel water to keep you dry in damp conditions. Important in case you do get caught out.
It's lined with Thermacapture material - a light weight fabric that reflects radiant body heat and maximises heat retention throughout the night. If you pair the bag with an insulated mat you will get a warmer bag for less weight. It can even be attached to your mat using the Synergy Link Connectors which will help to reduce heat loss, as well as preventing you from sliding off the mat in the night.
