Thermarest's Antares HD sleeping bag uses a reflective barrier, zoned down filling and mattress straps to create a formidable bag at a very light weight.

Thermarest says:

Featuring Nikwax Hydrophobic Down and a ThermaCapture Lining for advanced, lightweight warmth, the three-season Antares HD can handle just about anything from early spring to late fall.

It has also been updated with our new Zoned Insulation, adding a light layer of sewn-through insulation to the bottom of the bag. This helps reduce drafts when joined with your mattress, and frees you to use your bag in a hostel or your friend's couch–wherever you don’t need a camp mattress.

We do recommend outdoor use however. It's just more fun that way.

Thermarest's Antares HD Sleeping Bag achieves a good comfort limit rating for its weight and especially gives its features. Firstly there's 750+ Fill Power hydrophobic down that performs much better in damp conditions than on-hydrophobic down. In addition the bag features a 'Thermo Capture' lining which is essentially a reflective layer that minimises heat loss and helps make the bag feel warmer more quickly.

On the bottom of the bag is a slender section with minimal down filling it because crushed down is pretty ineffective so more of it is located in other areas of the bag. This means you sleeping mat is important - you should use a downmat or a Thermarest XTherm in order to get the best out of this bag in cold conditions. There are two elasticated bands that keep the bag securely on the centre of the mat no matter how much you thrash about.

With a virtually full length zip, nice boxed foot, shoulder baffle and hood that cam be cinched around your head the Antares HD is a formidable sleeping bag ideal for those need a bit of help staying on their sleeping bag.
