Nemo's Tango Solo Down Sleeping Bag provides a comprehensive sleeping solution for those wanting the weight saving and flexibility of a quilt. The Tango comes with a soft washable sleeping mat cover.

Nemo says:

The popular NEMO Tango™ is luxury ultralight, merging the concept of a backcountry quilt with the shape of a rectangular bag, for a super-compressible, ultralight sleep solution that will keep you warm and comfy.

The backless design shaves weight; the included pad slipcover is soft and washable; and the comforter is filled with 100% RDS certified 650 FP down. Tango™ is updated in 2019 with thoughtful features, sculpting and a compression stuff sack.

Nemo's Tango Solo Down Sleeping Bag provides a comprehensive sleeping solution for those wanting the weight saving and flexibility of a quilt.

The rectangular shape of the quilt makes it very spacious and would be well suited to larger folk. An excellent feature is the water proof coating on the foot box and hood areas where the bag is most likely to get wet. The included slip cover for your mat is very soft and easily washed and has a pillow insert and poppers to attach to the quilt. This can be left behind to save weight at the expense of comfort.

The 650 fill power down is responsibly sourced and the 20 denier ripstop outer with 40 denier on the footbox makes the Tango Solo durable.

Tested Over 3 seasons in Scotland

I bought this quilt along with a Nemo Insulated Rectangular Pad and have now used it over 3 seasons in Scotland. It is without doubt the comfiest sleep system I have used (and I have tried a few). With the insulated mat and base layer clothing, socks and hat, I've not had to use my Reactor liner on a frosty night. I love it!

King Size Comfort

I teamed this with a Big Agnes Insulated AXL Air Wide Long Sleeping Mat and their Air Pillow and tried it at about 2C in damp conditions beside the sea. I definitely needed my baselayer on for warmth at the lower limit for this system. Nevertheless, this quilt definitely has the "wow factor"! Almost enough room for two. No more feelings of getting tied in knots with a mummy footbox, no more wrestling with zips etc etc. OK, some added whinging from my partner as the system took over a little more than half her tent. For colder weather this needs a liner but for three seasons this is king sized comfort in a little bag.
