Big Agnes's V Notch synthetic sleeping bag has everything you need, a 3/4 length zip, hood and shaped footbox. The star of the show though is the Primaloft Hi Loft Silver Ultra insulation which delivers a low weight bag with a great summer temperature rating of 4C.
Big Agnes says:
You've got ultralight adventuring down to a science, right? Your pack and 90% of its contents is totally dialed in for fast and light on-trail travel in warm temps, but one thing is weighing you down. Even in those warm summer months, as soon as you get up high or down low near water, that chilly quilt or bulky old bag you've been using since high school is not cutting it. The V Notch UL is a highly compressible sleeping bag with a cozy lining of 80% recycled PrimaLoft® Hi-Loft Ultra Silver insulation. It will keep you warm and keep your pack light, whether that's a backpack, bikepack or packraft.

Big Agnes don't get their sleeping bags EN tested but they do quote a temperature rating that should be about equivalent to the EN 'Comfort Limit'. We can test that and infer the reasonableness of the 4C Temperature rating on the V Notch bag.
The quoted temperature is 4C, which is the same as the temperature quoted for their superlight down bag, the Pluton UL. Now, the Pluton has 227grams of 850 Fill Power down providing the insulation - by comparing that to other down bags with similar levels of similar quality down their ratings compare well.
Taking a leap of faith then - this suggests that Big Agnes's ratings are reasonable and therefore the 4C rating is probably realistic - subject to the usual caveats about how individuals sleep and the conditions.
On to the bag itself - its heavier than its down equivalent but that isn't a surprise, its about 170grams different, but there's usually a reason why someone chooses synthetic over down, an allergy perhaps, performance when wet or simply durability (synthetic products tend to put up with more short term stress but in the long term down lasts even longer than synthetics, which lose their effectiveness eventually). Weight-wise it compares well with other synthetics and is at the higher performance end.
As a fast and light synthetic option Big Agnes' V Notch UL ticks all the boxes, 3/4 length zip, cinchable hood and shaped footbox. The hood is quite simple, which is what you would expect on a summer weight bag.
