Very comfortable - you hardly notice it is there

This is a great running belt - it has a zipped pocket which fits a large phone and a couple of gels, and a large opening at the back which closes with a single popper at the top. It comes with a single Ultimate Direction soft bottle which fits in the popper opening, but I put a small windproof jacket (Patagonia Houdini) in this pocket instead. The key pocket is on the end of one of the Velcro waist straps and can fit a single car key. My first use of this pack was a 15 mile fell race, and I hardly noticed the pack at all. Very comfortable, secure and useful. It doesn't fit loads in, but that is to be expected from such a minimal belt. I would highly recommend it.
