Ultralight, waterproof pack liner with roll-top closure made of 15 D rip-stop nylon with silicone coating on the outside and PU coating on the inside.

Exped says:

Fully taped seams and a lightweight version of the closure and buckle. The translucent fabric allows you to recognize the contents. The slippery silicone coating ensures easy removal of the liner from the pack. The Packliner UL keeps contents dry and the bright colors ensure good overview.

Exped made their name with drybags, so they know how to put together a quality product.

It is what it is; delicate but does the job

I also have the non-ultralight one, but it's heavier of course. This one feels delicate and it is. You need to be careful. I managed to get some holes in it which was my fault (tent poles). I patched with some tape I was carrying and then fine. Key items like sleeping bag are in their own waterproof sacks for redundancy so not depending on just this. I would take it again because of the weight saving.

Not durable enough

The fabric is quite tough considering how delicate it looks at first sight. However, after two weeks of use the seam at the bottom got "unsealed" in a couple of places and the waterproof coating also started peeling at about ten different places on the inside of the liner. It started letting water inside my bag after that, therefore I would not recommend buying it.
