Nice kit to suit OMM gear

I already have an OMM Adventure Light 20L so this piece of kit goes well with the pack - I was rather worried it wouldn't suit the bottle setup I had in mind seeing reviews on other sites but once it arrived, it put my mind at ease as a 500ml bike bottle fits nicely into it, even a 650ml camelbak podium - remains to be seen how it works during trail running though, will try it out soon. Shouldn't be an issue with soft flasks if rigid cycling bidons can fit into the pouches.

Good idea but needs improvement

This fitted OK on a Deuter backpack & I used it mainly for carrying my mobile phone (which doubles as my primary GPS) and found it a really useful accessory. However, the lower Velcro fitting (that goes through the shoulder strap buckle) is too weak and continually comes undone. Either, stronger Velcro or a better securing method is needed. I've since sewn the bottom Velcro part together, so now the Go Pod is a permanent feature. BTW, it can't be used on my Osprey Talon 22 as the buckle on the shoulder strap is configured differently
