The updated Terra Nova Laser 25 Pack is made using the same fabric that Terra Nova uses on their light weight tents, this versatile bag is ideal for use on mountain marathons or cycling.

Terra Nova says:

The Laser 25 rucksack is ideal for those looking for a pack which provides plenty of organised storage but adds very little weight. It's been designed for adventure racing, trail running and biking but is equally good for a day out on the hills.

The pack is made with Litetex ripstop nylon fabric which has a DWR finish on the outer and PU coated backing for good water repellence and stain resistance.

For those going further afield the low weight of the pack means it can easily be stashed in a suitcase.

Terra Nova have updated their Laser Packs, with this 25 litre version leaving you with a well thought out and designed pack with plenty of useful features. It now has a large main pocket with an easy to operate V opening which makes it easier to see what's inside your bag, this main opening has a hydration pocket inside and is offers plenty of space to keep your gear in. There's also a smaller zipped front pocket for your valuables, two generous elasticated side pockets and two zipped hip belt pockets too.

It's made with Litetex ripstop nylon fabric which has a DWR finish on the outer and PU coated backing for good water repellence and stain resistance. This bag has light padding and a mesh cover, coupled with contoured waist strap and adjustable chest strap to offer comfort on the go.

It's important to remember with frameless packs like this, that the way you fill your bag is important as you will feel objects sticking into your back if you don't think about placements when packing. Overall great for running, cycling, skiing or walking where low weight is important and you don't need a more structured back.

Très confortable et pratique

A little big for me which is why I bought the 20L. Carrying comfort is there, even without a frame, in particular with the large foam-mesh piece resting on the lower back. The water repellent treatment is effective (I appreciate it on those rainy days) and it dries very quickly. The small hip pockets, also waterproof, can contain a 6-inch smartphone or a compact camera. The side mesh pockets are wide but shallow. I put a 0.5L Nalgene bottle in it, which is lying there. This would hold up to 0.75L, or 1L in a squeeze bottle. The chest strap, with whistle, is adjustable in height. The triangle opening allows wide access to the entire contents of the bag. And the side zips allow you to store / extract a garment without opening the entire bag. I love it.
Original Review:
J'adore.
