Mountain Hardwear says:

Just like Mountain Hardwear's South Col 70, the Ozonic 70 pack is made from rugged nylon fabrics with an OutDry waterproof membrane, which will keep all the gear in the main compartment safe and dry.
The main difference between these 2 packs is the weight. The Ozonic 70 is just over 200 grams heavier (comparing M/L size) but that is due to the customizable suspension system that allows easy torso length adjustment. It's back panel, shoulder straps and waist belt is also a lot more padded for comfort which adds a bit of weight too.
So if comfort is what your after, I would say the extra weight is worth it.
