Evernew's ECA-441 Titanium Non Stick Frypan with Handle (16) is one of the lightest frying pans we could find. In the outdoors a non-stick surface is even more important than at home because you may not have hot water for washing up - having said that titanium non-stick surfaces have their limitations and need looking after.
Evernew says: Lightweight and durable 16cm diameter frypan with silicon ceramic non-stick coating. Handles are insulated with heat resistant silicon.
Our Verdict
This is the Holy Grail as far as I`m concerned (easily pleased!). A non stick frying pan that's a decent size and still very light. Frying pans that aren`t non-stick can be a nightmare when camping - try cleaning one in cold water - and other non stick ones are a lot heavier than this.
As usual with Evernew, the build quality is excellent. With care, you`ll be eating a full English breakfast for a long time to come.
