A lightweight, compact spatula that is a good addition to any camp kitchen. Simple but effective, this is a great piece of kit for anyone who enjoys cooking real meals while camping.

Snow Peak says:

A remix on the traditional cooking spatula makes for an ultra-compact and lightweight hiking utensil. Made of Nylon 66 to protect your non-stick cookware from scratches. Hand wash with a soft detergent and let dry before storing.

Snow Peak's Folding Spatula weighs just 20g and folds in half to create a compact kitchen tool. Made with a stainless steel folding handle and a Nylon 66 end to avoid scratches to pans this spatula works really well for any cooks at camp. The spatula folds out and works well providing a surprisingly strong utensil for even the biggest camp meals. The plastic end minimises the risk of pans getting scratched, is easy to clean and can be stored easily too.

Cool add on for a compact cook kit

I bought this just incase I ever found myself cooking bacon on the trail, and one day I did, and wow, using this was MUCH easier than trying to flip bacon with a spork. Talk about a luxury item in your pack. Be careful with the plastic though, some of mine did melt a tiny bit, so don't leave it exposed to heat for too long. It weighs nothing and folds away nicely and is easy enough to use with the wire handles. Snow Peak make excellent cooking and eating tools and I would vouch for any of their gear. Go on, buy it, you'll laugh when the day comes that you need to bring it but it brings your quality of life up just enough to be worth the £10 you spent on it.
