The ultimate water storage solution for epic adventures and expeditions. This lightweight storage solution is perfect for basecamp or car camping due to its 8L capacity but it is also brilliant for multi-day adventures. It is so light and packs down so small that it is easy to transport and gives you versatility at camp.
Live large. Hydrate often. Introducing our highest capacity storage yet, the 8L Expedition. Perfect for car camping or water for your base camp, it has a wide-mouth Plug-N-Play cap for easy pouring, a flexible handle for effortless carrying and hanging and a free standing design with dual baffles for stability. And as if all that wasn’t enough, it’s lightweight and extremely packable. You’ll be practically unstoppable.
The Expedition Water Storage from Hydrapak is packed full of practical features that make it perfect for multi-day expeditions, basecamp and car camping. These features include the extra wide mouth making it easy to fill, empty and clean out (it is also compatible with the Katadyn Vario Filter if you need filtration). The screw top lid has a twist lock mechanism on a small plug for a 'Plug-N-Play' tap which is included so you're not battling to tip the hole pouch up every time you need water out. The cap and plug are attached with an elasticated leash that also doubles up to help tie up the pouch when it's packed down.
It has a wide base to increase stability and this is improved with the use of two internal baffles which stop the pouch stretching outwards when full. The base has a reinforced, more durable covering too. The same high quality TPU material is used for this as the Seeker series, keeping it flexible and really durable so it's perfect for collapsing and storing when not in use. There are two daisy chains for additional lash points so that it can be attach or hung up to give you more options. You'd realistically only use this with groups on expedition or more likely, when you want the convenience of 8L of water on tap at basecamp and I have used it for both numerous times as it's so much more practical than hard plastic water containers.
