Unmistakable style and design inspired by successful classic Mojito, the “Hike GTX” version is the right choice for hikers who want to be stylish and cool anytime. The upper is developed using the timeless suede water-resistant 1,8mm with GORE-TEX® Performance comfort lining. The fully adjustable lacing system derived from climbing shoes, allows the ideal fitting for any foot shape. The Salix Trek sole has an internal structure made of EVA and anti-torsional TPU frame. Thanks to the special design, to the pronounced lugs and to the Vibram XS-Trek outsole, Hydrogen assures a good grip on every terrain. Mojito, once again, is able to connect design, style and technical benefits.
Scarpa's Mojito Hike GTX is a fairly light weight, comfortable shoe that is ideal for day walks and casual use. Whether you're walking the dog or wandering in the hills and valleys, the Mojito gives you a good amount of cushioning with a comfortable and grippy Vibram sole. The memory foam style padding inside makes these boots more comfortable the more you wear them which is a real bonus.
With a decent amount of flex in the sole combined with the level of cushioning they are great for general wear, any time you want waterproof protection and plenty of support, you don't have to be in the hills to enjoy wearing them. They are not technical boots so if you are venturing into challenging mountainous terrain you may need to consider your footwear choice.
