Tasty pork and tender broccoli in a spicy Thai-inspired sauce. Served with rice noodles.
FIREPOT says:
Our spicy pork noodles are inspired by the sweet and salty flavours of Thailand. We slow-cook our pork mince with chilli, coriander, garlic and soy, and stir with soft rice noodles. To this we add a spoonful of honey, a squeeze of lime and a final splash of sesame oil for a sauce packed with Asian warmth.
FIREPOT use high-quality natural ingredients and slow cook them in small batches. There is no freeze-drying involved, no preservatives, and no ingredients you won't recognise. And not only does their food taste good, but it’s exactly what you need to fuel any adventure. Nutritious, delicious and simple to make.

Not as tasty as I'd hoped
I didn't wait the prescribed time so perhaps that was a problem but not as nice as I'd hoped. The pork and noodles didn't mix well and the pork wasn't as spicy as I would like. More than edible still.

Tasteless
I had high hopes for this meal. I have to say on viewing the contents my expectations fell a little. I followed the instructions and waited 15 minutes (longer than most, and a long time to wait if you're hungry!). It didn't seem totally re-hydrated, so I added a little more water, put it in my pan and gave it a couple more minutes on the Jetboil on low heat. There is a little heat, but very little flavour other than that. The noodles were good, but the sauce is tasteless, and although it says it is 25% mince, it didn't have a meaty taste at all. Maybe you will like it, but it's a thumbs down from me.
