A filling British breakfast of soya and potato baked with three types of beans in a tomato sauce.
They always say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, which is why we pack our vegan breakfast with protein-filled soya. Mixed in a dark and sticky tomato sauce, we add crisp potatoes and three kinds of beans. This is finished with the heat of tabasco and a zing of fresh ginger, creating a warming, delicately sweet morning treat. When you’re tucked into a sleeping bag on a cold mountain, this hearty breakfast is the best reason we can think of to get up.
FIREPOT use high-quality natural ingredients and slow cook them in small batches. There is no freeze-drying involved, no preservatives, and no ingredients you won't recognise. And not only does their food taste good, but it’s exactly what you need to fuel any adventure. Nutritious, delicious and simple to make.

|9.0||MARK'S TASTE TEST - 465kcals per pack so this is a substantial breakfast. Takes quite a bit of water 350mls and quite a long time to rehydrate, 15 minutes. Tasted really nice, among other things is has garlic, tobasco, ginger and mustard powder in so it has a bit of spice to the taste. By far most of the beans rehydrated well although there were a few that hadn't, you could still eat them though, just a bit crunchy. Very filling. 9/10|
