All our breakfasts are carefully composed by our skilful food and health scientists. This secures you a well balanced and nutritious lightweight meal - really easy to prepare, and with long lasting energy.
Preparation: Tear off the top of the bag at the indentation. Add warm water (2,3 dl) up to the level marker. Stir well, close the bag using the ziplock and let the dish rest for 3 minutes.
Real Turmat has designed a wide range of meals that are tasty, light-weight and aimed at everyone and for any kind of outdoor activity. With a good balance of weight, calories and taste the range has been very popular. The range uses a unique drying process that removes only the water from the original dish. This secures a nutritious and lightweight meal – really easy to prepare without removing any of the flavour.
There are also the 'Field Meal' range which are designed for a balanced diet, developed for personnel in challenging situations. They generally have more calories included to help replace those used on longer or more challenging adventures.
