Each kit comes with 3 delicious packets of freeze-dried fruit:

  • Whole Blueberry - 45g (equivalent to 350g of fresh berries)
  • Whole Raspberry - 30g (equivalent to 220g of fresh berries
  • Sliced Strawberry - 30g (equivalent to 330g of fresh berries)

This gives you a range of familiar flavours and textures to choose from when you’re on the go. Freeze-drying keeps all the nutrition locked in , meaning you don’t sacrifice on quality or taste when you buy our freeze-dried fruit.

This freeze-dried fruit is perfect to eat as is, but it’s also really simple to rehydrate too. All you need to do is add water, and the fruit will be back to its usual state within minutes. Summit to Eat's toppers give you the option to add some of your favourite extras to often questionably tasting freeze dried meals. You can really bulk out, or add a lot of flavour to a meal at camp with these handy extras.

They re-hydrate quite well and this can be done with cold water fairly quickly. As fruit is mostly water you save a lot of weight over taking fresh. Great with breakfasts and desserts.
