Preparation: Add up to 350ml hot water, stirring as you pour and then close the bag. Wait approximately 8 minutes for the food to rehydrate and enjoy. *Remove the Oxygen Absorber Sachet from inside the pouch first.

Good filling meal

A little bland but a good portion size and felt full after a day of walking. Excellent calorie to weight ratio. Would recommend the beef and potato stew as first choice but certainly enjoyed this meal.
