The ultralight, compact MSR Pika Teapot features precise pour technology for brewing great coffee and tea in the backcountry, or make it your lightweight system for water-based meals.
Ultralight, compact hard-anodized aluminium teapot with wide opening for easy cleaning.
Featuring a precise-pour design, this ultralight aluminum teapot dispenses a steady, thick, targeted stream of water that’s ideal for mastering pour-over coffee, and for filling small-mouth vessels. The teapot’s no-drip spout eliminates any dribble after your pour, and its special lid stays on when pouring but comes off easily otherwise. Its handle also stays upright, away from the hot teapot, for easy handling and to help keep hands cool. The teapot’s wide opening facilitates cleaning and lets you store a small stove and ingredients for your morning caffeine ritual. And for those traveling ultralight, the teapot is an excellent alternative to a small pot for boiling water for dehydrated meals.
MSR's Pika 1 Litre Teapot is an amazingly lightweight, compact and well priced tea pot for camping. Weighting in at just 128g it is in the same weight bracket as the titanium teapots but at a fraction of the cost. The compact design means it fits easily inside your pack and the 1L capacity allows you to fit other camp kitchen items in there to keep organised. My stove, cutlery, cleaning products and a few other bits stay safely tucked away in the Pika.
With a 1L capacity you can enjoy a couple of nice big cups of tea of coffee first thing on a morning. The lid makes filling and cleaning easy while the short spout is great for pouring without getting in the way while it's packed away in your bag.
