If warmth is what your looking for in a jacket then you needn't look any further than the Montane Deep Heat Down Jacket. Designed for the harshest of weather at high altitudes and in extreme cold, the Deep Heat Jacket will keep you warm throughout your outdoor activity with 800+ fill power goose down and a unique Pertex Quantum Pro with Diamond Fuse outer shell fabric.
It's warmer than the Montane North Star Lite Jacket with 300g of fill down instead of 210g but it is much heaver in comparison. All Montane down products now utilize HyperDry ECO down which is a flurocarbon-free down which exhibits an optimal blend of water resistance, fill power, durability, cleanliness and washability while diminishing it's impact on the environment.
Overall an excellent jacket if you don't mind sacrificing a bit of weight for extra warmth.
