We'd put it in the mid-weight category for a shell jacket that has to large chest pockets and a technical hood with round the head adjustment and wired foam peak. Mid-weight in this context will delivery significantly longer life than ultra-lightweight alternatives so its a good mid-range choice if you value the breathability it delivers.
The inside of the pockets is mesh, this tends to be the case for highly breathable shells as fabric pocket inners reduce the breathability of the garment significantly. It a well designed jacket with good attention to detail, such as the profiles cuffs, zip garages and bonded pocket edges.
