Our Verdict
We'd be the first to admit that this is not an ultralight pack, however it would be an excellent choice for Hut touring or general travelling - why? Because the extra weight has been invested in heavy duty materials, a substantial fully adjustable venting harness system and four good sized pockets on the outside of the pack to keep gear organised.
Vaude include a foam sitmat, a dubious compass and an orange pack cover that sits neatly inside its own pouch at the base of the pack.

Aeroflex Harness
Aeroflex ensures optimum 3-way ventilation for your back. The space between mesh and packsack allows air to circulate freely, ventilating the back efficiently.
A lightweight steel frame ensuresthat this ventilation remains effective even when the pack is fully loaded.
F.L.A.S.H. Shoulder Strap Adjustment
With the F.L.A.S.H. system you can fully adjust the length of your pack shoulder straps quickly and easily. An easy access velcro closure at the back lets you regulate your ideal strap length.
F.L.A.S.H. is used in conjunction with the Aeroflx suspension system.
