At Ultralight Outdoor Gear Ltd we want to provide a service that meets your expectations in every way. We have tried hard to ensure that the details contained in this website are accurate but we cannot accept any responsibility for errors that have gone undetected.

If you have any issues at all with accuracy on the website, or indeed any other issue with it, we would like you to bring this to our attention, please use the e-mail facility on the 'Contact Us' page.

In general then:

• All products are subject to availability.
• Indicative weights are given for all products in all variations, these are not guaranteed, however if you dispute the weights you may return the product to us for a full refund (see conditions in Returns Policy section).
• Colours are reproduced as accurately as our electronic processes will allow, however, again, we cannot guarrantee their accuracy.
• All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and include taxes.

Permission is given to all customers of the website to electronically copy and print sections of this website for personal use only. Any other use requires the written permission of Ultralight Outdoor Gear Ltd.

Stock Policy

We aim to hold stocks of all items that we display on the website, however in some cases stock may not be available from our suppliers. When this applies the website will not allow an order to be placed or paid for, we won't accept an order that we can't fulfill.

If this is the case for an item you wish to buy, please e-mail us via the Contact Us page and we will advise you of when we estimate stocks will be available.

Each product page displays our current stock level, where there are variations in the product type (e.g. size and colour etc) we can't display stock levels for each type available - in these cases the following applies; if the system allows you to put an item into your basket then we have it in stock - if we don't have it in stock the system will not allow you to add it to your basket and will inform you that there ar none of this type left.

Occasionally, due to human error, our stock levels may not be correct - if we don't have an item that you have ordered we will contact you immediately the error comes to light.

Payment Methods

The Ultralight Outdoor Gear Ltd website uses industry leading providers of internet retailing payment solutions, the 'Payment gateway' is provided by Protx (now called SagePay) and is approved by HSBC, Lloyds TSB, Barclaycard and Royal Bank of Scotland.

By using such a highly recommended service provider we are able to reassure customers that security standards are of the highest order. Protx are also approved to support the new 'Verified by VISA' and 'Mastercard Securecode' functionality that are the internet equivalents of 'Chip and PIN' cardholder present transactions.

We will accept payment on-line by:

• VISA / Mastercard Consumer Credit Card
• VISA Debit and Electron Card
• Switch and SOLO Card
• VISA / Mastercard Commercial Credit Card

In addition to these cards we also accept payment via PayPal.

We will also accept payment by cheque through the post. Orders by post should provide full details of the order (including size/colour etc) and any contact details of the purchaser. Despatch will only take place when cheques have been cleared.

The choice of all three options is available at the checkout.

Returns Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase and we realise that with many products, such as clothing and footwear, it is not always possible to be completely sure that the fit or other features of the product are exactly what you want, no matter how comprehensive the information is on the website.

For this reason we are pleased to offer a refund or exchange of your purchase (at your discretion), provided the item is returned unused, in its original condition with all tags and supporting information (such as packing notes) within 14 days of you receiving it.

All refunds will exclude any Postage paid such as for faster UK deliveries or postage for overseas orders, the only exception will be when the goods are faulty.

Christmas Refunds - Because of the nature of the Christmas season we extend our returns policy such that any goods bought during December may be returned by 10th January for a full refund.

A refund under these circumstances will be made without quibble, however it would be useful for us to know the reason for the return as this will assist our customer service in the future.

We recommend using the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Service to return goods, this will ensure that there is proof of delivery and insures the goods whilst intransit. We are not responsible for losses during return transit.
