We often get asked if we can get products that are not on our website - the short answer is that we usually can - providing the items are from our existing brands. You can use this page to e-mail us requesting a quote for any product - we will reply within 1 working day and will quote you a price and estimated delivery time. We are reliant on our suppliers having stock and will check this out as part of the quote process - what we tell you about availability in the quote will be accurate.

Montane generally hold good stocks of their garments and their delivery is good - so providing they have what you want in stock we can normally get an item in 2-3 days. |

Rab keep some stocks but they tend to go early in the season on popular lines - there are two 'seasons' Spring/Summer starts in March and Autumn/Winter starts in September. The earlier in the season it is the more likely they are to have what you want.
If stock is available we normally receive goods 4-5 working days after ordering.

OMM stocks are very haphazard and therefore unpredictable - if you request a quote we will find out if your item is available before replying to you. |

GoLite have changed the way they service accounts outside of the US, this means that it is unlikely that we will be able to get items that we don't already stock. |

Exped gear is funnelled through a UK distributor, they don't stock the full Exped range however if you want an item that the distributor stocks (but we don't) then we can usually get it on a 'next day' basis.
If your item is not stocked by the UK Distributor then it may be sourced from Exped in Europe - delivery to us will then be about 10 days.

We currently order Granite Gear direct from them. This means your item would need to be added to one of our regular stock orders. We place orders with Granite Gear every 2 months or so.
If you just miss an order we would not be able to get your item for a couple of months, on the other hand if you conatct us as we are about to place an order - it will be only a couple of weeks.

If the UK Distributor carries stock of the item you want we can get this in 2 days. If the item has to come from the US then you would have to wait until the next order. Orders are normally placed by the UK Distibutor every month, for delivery first week. |
