Our Verdict
The claim for these pans is 50% fuel efficiency. Therefore we reckon the extra weight is worth carrying if the trip is over 3 days - when you would be moving on to your second 230g gas cartridge.
Or perhaps with this pot and a 100g LP gas cartridge you can disappear for a long weekend without needing to refuel.
