Looking for extra space and comfort? Losi 3P™ is the big brother to our widely acclaimed Losi 2P™ tent. By adding only 1 extra pound of weight, NEMO® was able to increase the interior space from 32 to 50 square feet.
Just like its smaller brother, Losi 3P™ has a unique pole configuration which provides exceptional strength and nearly vertical walls for maximum interior space. An included Gear Caddy gives you plenty of space to stow tidbits and features our new LightPocket™.
The optional Pawprint™ interior floor lining is soft to the touch and machine washable. Losi 3P™ offers you the most space and comfort possible in the under 6 lbs category.
Our Verdict
The Losi range offers exceptional internal space and height. If taking on a tour in hotter climes the fastpack configuration of footprint and fly setup is just the job, with the high catenary cut sides providing excellent ventilation.

- Superior Hardware - Several innovative pieces of hardware are used to increase the ease of setup and strength of Losi 3P. The DAC Jake's Foot corner anchor system makes tent setup faster and easier. The main poles attach to the anchors by ball and socket. When the fly is attached, the Jake's Feet act as cantilevers to pull the corners of the inner tent closer to the ground. The Jake's Feet also allow you to set up your fly and poles without the inner tent to create a convenient tarp/shade shelter. Ball Caps are used in place of locking pole tips and grommets to secure the ends of ridge poles. The Ball Cap snaps onto an aluminium ball tip at the end of the ridge pole. The Intersection Hubs and center Swivel Hub lock the poles together at each location where they cross. This makes the tent much stronger and resistant to wind forces. The unique shape of the DAC Pole Clips makes them easy to use and more durable than standard pole clips.
- Unique Pole Configuration - The ridge poles on Losi 3P run the long direction on the tent and terminate above the ground. This design adds significant interior volume and provides nearly vertical walls on all sides of the tent. The steep walls mean you can sit straight up almost anywhere inside Losi 3P.
- On the Fly Configuration - Ditch your inner tent for a lightweight tarp structure created by your fly, poles, and footprint. This is ideal for a sunny day at the beach or on those backpacking trips where every ounce counts. Setup is simple with Jake's Feet corner anchors and Velcro wraps on the fly.
- Dual Entries/Vestibules - Two doors and two vestibules eliminate jostling for position and gear storage. Both vestibules can be used in multiple configurations depending on weather conditions and your need for privacy. For maximum ventilation on sunny days, tie back the doors or take the fly off completely. Leave the doors open for a slight breeze on cooler or wetter nights. When rain and snow are coming down hard, close the entire vestibule for full protection.
- Gear Caddy with Light Pockets - The Gear Caddy is a detachable storage unit that can be installed on either end of the tent. It is made of mesh and has compartments of all different sizes to fit glasses, books, or clothes. The Gear Caddy also includes two Light Pockets. Most headlamps have a focussed beam of light and hanging your lamp inside your tent can be frustrating. This special pocket holds your headlamp and has a light diffusing fabric that helps cast an even glow throughout the tent.
