Our Verdict
This isn't just any sheet of plastic - this is an MSR sheet of plastic. Hooray for simplicity - its just a sheet of plastic with a hole in it, but made from BPA-free durable HDPE. A useful cutting surface - and especially safe if, like me, you normally use a nearby flatish stone.
