Our Verdict
Clothing is one of the areas where we think Mountain Hardwear excels, the Mesa pants look like a time-honoured design but with the attention to detail required to elevate it to a modern, technical piece of gear.
Updated for 2011 the Mesa Convertible Pants now have a much sleeker look. Ankle side zips make getting on and off easier, a feature you don't find in many convertible pants.
