Our Verdict
Made from the same fabric as the Montane Minimus jacket (which has been getting good reviews), so as a bike shell it will give good performance - the rear drop tail will give maximum coverage. To us it seems like a great balance between waterproof/breathability and light weight - so unless you need a full blooded eVent or Goretex shell - this seems like the ideal jacket.

As with all MONTANE® clothing PERTEX® Fabric contains a Durable Water Repellency (DWR) as the first barrier to keeping you dry. Clean your garment in order to maintain this.
Machine wash in warm water at 40C/104F with a mild soap. MONTANE® recommends that you use Nikwax Tech Wash.
