Placing an order

Place your order as normal. At the checkout, change the country to 'your country' by choosing from the drop down list and updating. When the checkout is updated it will include shipping to your country and, if appropriate, will not charge UK VAT.

UK VAT

UK VAT is currently 20%. VAT must be charged on orders that are delivered to UK addresses or addresses within the European Union (EU). However, in the case of EU countries there will be no further charges applied by your own country.

Customers from Non-EU countries need not pay UK VAT, by setting the 'country' at the checkout VAT will not be charged. However your own country may charge a VAT equivalent and/or import duty. As an example, a customer in Australia will not pay UK VAT but may be charged Australian Sales Tax plus a small Import Duty charge.

We cannot zero-rate orders supplied to a private individual who is resident in the UK, even if the order is placed and delivered to a non-EU country. 

Delivery Methods

Delivery is generally by UK Royal Mail (and the National Postal Service in the destination country), and should take 5 working days from dispatch, however in our experience this can take much longer, 2-3 weeks sometimes. Despite this however the delivery service is very reliable, losses are extremely rare.

BFPO Addresses

IF goods are sent to BFPO addresses then VAT will not be charged (zero-rated). Delivery charges are levied on BFPO orders at the rate set by Royal Mail for handling these parcels.

To place an order complete the address as normal - at the checkout change the country from United Kingdom to BFPO, VAT will be omitted from the order and the appropriate delivery charge will be added.
