Tested on the trails of the Himalayas, the Hillsound Trail Crampon is guaranteed to handle diverse winter terrain and varied weather conditions. Utilising an ergonomic plate system, this crampon provides excellent traction and reduces muscular fatigue for any winter wilderness pursuit.
The Elastomer harness is very pliable and can withstand temperatures down to -60C. The rubber harness has been updated to offer a higher tear resistance while still maintaining its stretch for ease of use.
Recommended use for trekking, hiking, walking on packed snow and ice.

Walking crampons are just getting better and better! This one sits neatly between a trad crampon and the lightweight offerings of recent years - the spikes are quite big so they're more useful than the smaller spiked versions.

- Harness System: The durable elastic harness ensures a tight hold on your shoe with a Velcro Strap over the top to eliminate movement. Even at temperatures below -60C the harness will not lose its elasticity. The double chain assures an extra-strong connection between the elastic harness and spike-plate.
- Welded Chains: The integral parts of the flex-chain are welded to prevent chain links from pulling apart on rough terrain.
