The LiteHouse SOLO is a single skin fully waterproof single person tent designed for backpacking. It fully protects against insects and is pitched using two trekking poles, one at either end.
It's designed to be comfortable - inside the groundsheet front width is 100cm, but the full width of the interior of the tent is 160cm - combined with the front height of 108cm, this makes the LiteHouse SOLO very spacious for its weight.
Poles will soon be available as an optional extra for both the front and rear, so that customers who don't want to use trekking poles can also use it.
Because of its design it overcomes problems with condensation, the 'Drip-Lip' that runs the length of the shelter inside stops condensation reaching the groundsheet.
Two main guypoints ensure a taut pitch which gives it a high wind resistance.
The majority of the seams are fully taped ensuring that the shelter is fully waterproof.
A large rear vent combined with thoughtful use of the front door means that the tent is easily vented to suit all conditions.

Our Verdict
Spacious for its weight, you can actually sit up at the front of the tent. Note there are no pegs supplied with the tent, if you don't have any then you need to purchase them separately.
