GoLite Eden 2 Two Skin Tent

The Eden 2 has twin doors and vestibules, low-level scoop vents at each end and covered awnings over both doors. The tension-sleeve construction gives it a stability you won't find in similar clip tents.

Our Verdict

Its a familiar design, transverse hoop, but with GoLite's lighter fabrics it still comes in at a respectable low weight given its dimensions may be worth the weight on long trips enabling you to chill out in the mountain sunshine!!

With a door and vestibule at each side its certainly easy to live with and the hoop has a pre-curved flat top that improves the headroom.

	Durable 20 denier 1.6 oz woven nylon No-See-Um mesh keeps even the smallest bugs out while maximizing air flow and cross ventilation.
	DAC Green AnodizingTM—Whenever possible we have reduced the use of chemicals, dyes and water in the production of our DAC-branded tent poles through a combination of efforts. We employ their proprietary Green Anodizing process and also specify the use of natural silver aluminum clear coat. Additionally, we chose to color-code only the end sections of specific poles, since that is all that is necessary to facilitate easy set-up.
	An extremely strong, lightweight waterproof nylon ripstop fabric used in GoLite Shelters and Tents.  The nylon fibers are impregnated with Silicone, which allows the fabric to stretch without separating or breaking.  SilLite™ fabrics are far lighter than conventional tent fabrics, but also far stronger.
