The waterproof Pertex Endurance Arid Zones at the head and foot of the bag protect against condensation in critical areas. A trimmer mummy shape offers a closer fit with warmth efficiency and the half-length top zip provides the most efficient core temperature regulation.

Down Quality
GoLite uses premium quality 800 power goose down in the Adrenaline Series bags.
Down is still the most thermally efficient insulation available, i.e. it provides more warmth for its weight than any other insulation available.
Down is also superior in its drape, comfort, lifespan, and compressibility. Nature is an incredible thing.
Unmatched warmth-to-weight ratio: down's fine filaments reach out into its surroundings and create dead air space that slows the escape of warm air, doing it better than any synthetic.
More compressible and durable than synthetic insulations, and it retains its loft better over time.
Our Verdict
800 fill goose down is the highest quality available. For this the lightest bag in the Adrenaline Series GoLite have employed a simple sewn through construction - in common with other bags in this category.
It is a 'full' bag in the sense that it is completely filled, even on the bottom.
The use of Pertex Endruance, especially on the foot is a great idea, especially if you are sleeping on a groundsheet and are liable to move your feet off it during the night.
All our down bags are stored loose in order to preserve their lofting capabilities.
GoLite Adrenaline versus GoLite Venture sleeping bags.
The Adrenaline 0,20 & 40 and the Venture 0,20 & 40 share the same high quality down, fabrics and Pertex Endurance 'Arid Zones'. However the Adrenaline series are designed to be as light as possible - so they have short central zips and a narrow cut. The Venture series are slightly heavier but have full length zips (useful to ventilate) and are wider around the chest - thus making them more roomy than the Adrenaline bags.

To measure your girth stand straight with your arms by your side. Using a tape measure, measure the circumference around your body at the point between your shoulders and elbows where your girth is the greatest.
