Light, strong trekking poles in four sections that pack down to just 40cm. Buy these if you want a pole that can be stored almost anywhere.
They also come with two sets of trekking baskets and a noise reduction foot for use on tarmac.
Our Verdict:
Fizan have been making ski and trekking poles since 1947, and were the first (apparently) to use aluminium. Basically they know a thing or two about engineering.
The Super Compact poles are 40cm long when collapsed - so if size matters - then these could be the poles for you! Very little weight penalty for this convenience.
By using parts from both trekking poles its possible to make up a single tent pole of 160cm - co-incidentally this is the size required for the GoLite Shangri-La 3 - so pairing these two items together allows you to the weight of the Shangri-La 3 pole, about 370g.
