Fits very close to the head to allow a helmet to be worn comfortably over the top using WINDSTOPPER soft shell fabric for the ultimate in breathable windproof performance.
Smooth seams prevent rubbing and the cut comes down over the ears creating maximum weather protection. A POLARTEC POWER DRY lining is used to further increase comfort due to its fast wicking, fast drying properties with out increasing the bulk of the Windy Took.
A great winter climbing or mountaineering accessory, but also suitable for winter walking and backpacking.

Our Verdict
Well thought out lightweight Took hat. Internally the crown has a lightly brushed fleece lining whereas the ear covers are a lighter non brushed version of Power Dry thats very comfortable to wear. Externally of course its windproof - so it has enhanced performance for something of this weight.
