When will my order be dispatched?
Orders will be dispatched the day they are received or the next working day if the order comes in too late for us to arrange dispatch. Any UK First Class or UK Next Day Delivery orders received before 2pm will certainly be dispatched the same day, orders received after 2pm may also get dispatched the same day but could also be carried over to the next working day.
If you need an immediate dispatch ring us - we can usually do this.
We are also open on Saturday mornings so any orders received Friday late afternoon/evening may get dispatched on Saturday if they are sent by Royal Mail, but Monday if they are sent via courier.
When will I receive my order?
UK Delivery addresses:
Small orders are sent by Royal Mail Second Class post - unless a premium service is requested by the customer at the checkout. The service time for Second Class post is quoted as '3+ days'.
Options at the checkout are for:
First Class post - service time 1-2 Days
48 Hour courier service - well..er 48 hours
Next Working Day Delivery - well..er Next Working Day (in common parlance - a working day is Monday through Friday) - though orders placed late in the afternoon may miss a courier pickup that day and may not be picked up until the day after - so (for example) orders placed at 3pm on Monday with Next Working Day Delivery specified will not get delivered until Wednesday because 3pm is too late for us to arrange a courier collection.

Larger orders are sent by courier using a variety of services, the longest it should take is 4-5 working days.
Small orders are sent using the normal postal services, in this case its Royal Mail Airmail, their service times are advised as:
- Delivery to Western Europe within three days and Eastern Europe within five working days
- Delivery to the rest of the world in five to seven working days
The above is not guaranteed and we know from experience that it generally takes 3-4 working days to Western Europe and 7-10 working days to Eastern Europe and the 'rest of the world' destinations.
We offer a premium service to Europe at the checkout - for EU countries the service time is as little as 2 days (though this is not guaranteed). There is also a faster option for European countries not in the EU which takes around five working days.
Larger orders are sent via courier, who operate to similar timescales as above.
Unfortunately at this time we can't offer faster services to coutries outside Europe as the services ether don't exist or are extremely expensive.
Can my order be tracked?
Orders send through the Royal Mail services, whether to UK addresses or International, cannot be tracked whilst in transit.
Premium courier services can be tracked but we won't send you this information automatically - contact us if you'd like to track your order yourself.
Do I have to be at home to receive my order?
You can specify a different delivery address to your 'billing address' so you can have your order sent to your workplace - for example - or a relatives house.
If you specify your home address for delivery then someone needs to be there to receive the goods. If your order is small and it is sent by Royal Mail then they will usually leave a card advising you that they have tried to deliver an item - you can then usually pick it up from a local Royal Mail depot.
Very small items may get posted through your letterbox!
What happens if I don't receive my order?
If your order hasn't arrived please contact us by telephone on +44 (0) 1740 644024 or by e-mail. We look after our customers and will take action to find missing parcels - or, if we can't do this we will replace the items.
